1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how PKMG Holdings, LLC (doing business as PKMG Ads; "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information about you when you visit pkmgads.com, communicate with us, or use our lead generation services (collectively, the "Services").
We are a Florida limited liability company. Our registered place of business is:
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to two groups of individuals:
- Customers and prospective customers — businesses (and their representatives) that engage PKMG Ads to generate leads on their behalf.
- Consumer leads — individuals who submit information through advertising campaigns we operate for our customers.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Identity and contact details (full name, business name, work email, phone number, mailing address).
- Industry, target geography, monthly advertising budget, and other information submitted through our contact form.
- Account credentials, billing information, and any messages you send to us.
3.2 Information collected from consumer leads
When a consumer submits a form, places a call, or otherwise responds to a campaign we operate on behalf of a customer, we may collect: first and last name, telephone number, email address, postal address or ZIP code, IP address, timestamp, the URL and creative they responded to, the consent language they agreed to, and any vertical-specific qualifying information they provide (for example, coverage type for insurance, loan amount for subprime, or roof type for solar).
3.3 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and aggregate analytics data. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for these purposes.
3.4 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok), data enrichment vendors, fraud screening providers, identity verification services, and our customers (where they instruct us to operate campaigns on their behalf).
4. How We Use Information
- To deliver, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To deliver leads to our customers in real time and provide reporting.
- To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, billing, and customer support.
- To send service-related and operational alerts, including new-lead notifications via SMS where you have opted in (see Section 6).
- To screen for fraud, bots, and abusive activity, and to enforce our Terms.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.
5. How We Share Information
We share information in the following limited ways:
- With our customers, when you are a consumer lead generated for them. Lead data is delivered only to the customer who paid for the campaign, plus any direct service providers (e.g., CRM) that customer authorizes.
- With service providers we use to operate our business — including cloud hosting, analytics, SMS delivery (e.g., Twilio), email delivery, payment processing, and fraud screening — under written agreements that restrict their use of the information.
- For legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- In a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.
6. SMS / Text-Message Communications
With your express prior consent, PKMG Ads sends transactional and operational SMS messages to customers, including real-time notifications when a new lead is delivered to your account, as well as service alerts, billing updates, and campaign-related communications.
6.1 Consent
SMS messages are sent only after you affirmatively opt in — for example, by checking an opt-in box during onboarding, by replying with a confirmation keyword, or by completing a verified opt-in flow at our request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of your engagement with PKMG Ads.
6.2 Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your campaign volume. Active customers may receive up to 30 messages per day per campaign during peak delivery periods. You can request a different cadence at any time.
6.3 Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PKMG Ads does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
6.4 Opt-out and help
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at support@pkmgads.com. Opting out of SMS will not affect any other aspect of the Services.
6.5 Carriers
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead records and consent logs are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to document TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
9. Your Rights
